Weekly In-Person Vinyasa
I believe yoga should feel good and make sense for your body. In my classes, we move mindfully, connect breath with movement, and let go of the idea that there’s a “right” way to practice. I encourage you to explore, have fun with it, and do what feels true for you. Throughout each class, I weave in inspirational dharma talks and reflections to ground your practice in intention and self-discovery. It’s all about showing up as you are and finding a little more connection—physically, mentally, and energetically.
