Hi, I’m Liv! Yoga teacher, mindful movement enthusiast, Savasana lover, community builder, and the heart behind Liv(e) Well Collective.
Yoga and meditation have been some of the most grounding and transformational practices in my life. Helping me slow down, reconnect with myself, and learn how to move through life with more presence and intention.
Over the years of teaching, I realized something: the practice doesn’t have to end when we leave the studio. The teachings of yoga are meant to support us in our everyday lives — in how we move, breathe, reflect, and show up for ourselves and others.
I created Liv(e) Well Collective as a space where we can keep returning to these practices together. A place for movement, reflection, and learning that supports your mind, body, and life.
Whether you have 10 minutes or an hour, whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, this space is here to meet you where you are.

Your membership gives you full access to the Liv(e) Well Collective class library, including yoga flows, sculpt classes, guided meditations, and dharma talks as well as any live virtual classes. You’ll also find special programs, monthly themed practices, and new content added regularly to support your practice and wellbeing.

Yes! New classes, meditations, and teachings are added every week so there is always something fresh to explore and support you in your practice.

These classes are intentionally guided without music, allowing you to deepen your awareness and move at your own internal pace.
For those who enjoy practicing with music, you’ll have access to curated playlists you can pair with your practice—so you can create an experience that feels most supportive to you.

Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime through your account settings. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

Most classes can be done with just a yoga mat. Some practices may incorporate props such as blocks, bolsters, or light weights, but you’re always encouraged to use whatever you have available or what feels best for your body.
