May’s theme is based around tapping into your energy and knowing what is yours and what to let go.
You have unique energy that is only yours, no one else can recreate it, nothing else can share the same energy as you, it’s what makes you YOU. Therefore, it becomes your personal responsibility to take note of your energy, understand it, and recognize how it relates to the world around you.
Now, this may feel like a lot, but it’s simple practices like the ones you’ve been doing that keep you aware of your energy and what you bring to the world around you.
I like to think of energy as something that is being be moved or applied from one person to another. So just as much as your energy is your own, the interactions you have daily, are felt by those around you. Think of your energy as the thing that makes you feel, react, and respond which in turn is also felt by others.
Let this lovely month of May be a reminder of the beautiful energy you hold and the way you allow it to enter the world around you.
