This live yoga session is a space to reset for your week in community. Together, we’ll move through a slow flow and short guided meditation that sets your body up for rest and recovery. My hope is that this helps you to you check in, ground yourself, and set the tone for the week ahead.
You’re invited to show up exactly as you are, whether that means keeping your camera off, in your pjs, joining more openly, or wanting to share. There will be space for optional connection, but no pressure to participate beyond what feels comfortable this day.
This is simply a time for us to come together live, deepen our practice, and feel a sense of community throughout the month 🤍
